Why we love it
This game is so simple but so fun! You can print one copy to share, a separate copy for everyone, or just display it on your laptop. I promise you have all the items around your house already, so there are no other materials needed!
Some reasons we love it:
- Your kids of all ages can play- even mom and dad can join in.
- You can adjust it for your family’s interest and ages.
- It gets your kids moving on a cold day.
- Supports communication skills – I like to have everyone share where they found their items, or why they picked something. Basically, make every item has a story!
How to play the Valentine Scavenger Hunt
There’s a variety of ways you can play our Valentine Scavenger Hunt game:
- Print one copy to do together as a family, or make a copy for each person.
- Read one box out loud and it’s a race to see who can return with the correct item first, item by item.
- Everyone has their own sheet and it’s a race to see who can find all the items first.
- Complete as a family and find items together.
- Snap a picture of each item as you find it to share together.
How would you play? Let me know below!
